江涵（叶枫 饰）和丈夫刘世民（关山 饰）之间的感情非常的要好，两人携手走过了风风雨雨。一天，江涵震惊的被医生告知，自己患上了不治之症，剩下的时间已经不多了，仅有半年。江涵决定暂时先不把这件事情告诉刘世民，她有着自己的打算。 　　刘世民的公司里来了一位新的员工，名叫罗楚楚（胡燕妮 饰）。罗楚楚是一名年轻的寡妇，有着非常悲惨的身世，所以年纪轻轻就要出来工作养活自己。刘世民非常同情罗楚楚的遭遇，同时也在她的身上看到了工作天赋，因此对这个女孩非常的欣赏，而刘楚楚则对刘世民逐渐产生了超越了工作的情感。为了不破坏刘世民的家庭，善良的罗楚楚决定离职。
