30岁的弗朗西斯是一名来自几内亚比绍的难民，他乘船非法穿越地中海，最后成为唯一的幸存者，来到了柏林。弗朗西斯遇见了德国毒贩莱因霍尔德，因而被卷入了柏林黑社会。

　　1900年的情人节，沿用英式教育的澳洲亚普利亚德女子学院组织了一次目的地为海茵悬岩的郊游。孤儿萨拉却因拖延学费而无法同行，只能目送好友米兰达和同学们在迈克劳小姐的带领下出发。抵达目的地后，米兰达等四人离队攀岩，被同在悬岩下郊游的迈克尔和仆役埃尔伯特发现，迈克尔对米兰达一见钟情，尾随了上去。
　　当天晚上，校长收到迈克劳与米兰达等四人失踪的报告。警方马上介入调查，校长为学院名声紧张不已，而萨拉因为失去了米兰达茶饭不思。迈克尔与埃尔伯特攀岩搜索找回了一名女学生，但米兰达仍然下落不明，萨拉在绝望中被校长赶回孤儿院，她选择了自杀……本片根据琼•莱斯利的同名小说改编，获1977年英国电影学院奖最佳摄影奖。

　　巴迪（Homayoun Ershadi 饰）驾驶着自己的汽车，在遍布工地的郊外漫无目的的行驶，他搭载了一名入伍不久的新兵，和他讲述当年从军的经历，而后提出了自己的要求：出钱要新兵掩埋自己自杀后的尸体，新兵惊慌失措，跑掉了。巴迪继续寻找埋尸人，可工地上的流浪汉、神学院的学生，全部拒绝了他的请求。一位在博物馆工作的老人巴格里（Abdolrahman Bagheri 饰）登上了巴迪的车，巴格里曾经自杀，但最终为樱桃的甜美滋味所挽留，巴格里为了治疗儿子的病，应承下了巴迪的请托。巴迪在博物馆外踯躅，心中似乎产生了动摇……

　　A group of immigrants (Pandi, Murugan, Afsal and Kumar) are detained by the local state police, tortured and forced to admit to a crime they have no knowledge of. When all hope seems to be lost, a policeman from their hometown speaks on their behalf at the court hearing, setting them free. The policeman asks for a return favor and the boys oblige, oblivious to the ill fate that awaits them. As they unwittingly bear witness to a political treason, the system seeks to silence them, at any cost. But Pandi is determined to be heard.

A recent divorcee's holiday celebration with her adult children derails when she falls for her daughter's charming new boyfriend. A comedy influenced by "The Graduate," told from the perspective of a protagonist inspired by Mrs. Robinson.

Shortly after the attacks of September 11, 2001, her son Murat is accused of terrorism and is (one of the first) shipped off to Guantanamo prison camp. 　　Cologne-based comedienne, author, presenter and much more Meltem Kaptan is the perfect fit for Andreas Dresen’s special talent for combining explosive topics (in this case based on actual events) and the everyday concerns of the average citizen. Kaptan’s, or rather Rabiye’s, performance is overwhelming, and not just for the lawyer (played by Alexander Scheer) who quickly becomes a friend. A portrait of a passionate woman who holds the steering wheel of her beloved vehicle as firmly in her hand as she does the reins in this turbo-charged film.
