　　明月館是一間位於京都近郊的日式旅館，有著美麗的湖景和傳統的日式風情，但由於建築老舊又位處偏僻，經營狀況岌岌可危。台北一家建設公司老闆Charles（楊烈 飾）決定買下明月館，派兒子Jacky（王柏傑 飾）前往監督旅館的翻修工程，但Jacky一心只想藉機和住在京都的前女友尚子復合，順便找機會暗中把這間賠錢的旅館賣掉。
