惹人憐愛的小丁皓與風度翩翩雷震是一對極合拍的好搭檔，兩人在《喜相逢》再次以情侶姿態為觀眾帶來不一樣的清新氣息。丁皓演小家碧玉不作第二人想，雷震的貴介公子氣質亦躍然於銀幕上。編劇易文擅長愛情喜劇，這次以一段身份懸殊之戀為主題，拒絕沉重的煽情催疵U套，電影中的世界仿如童話般美好，連流氓混混發惡也十分漫畫化。丁皓顯然比《母與女》時更加揮灑自如，末段分飾富家小姐，無論造型、神態和聲線運用皆別出心裁；雷震放下「憂鬱小生」招牌，樂觀、善良、純真的形象相當討好。
