　　噩梦一般的雪山之旅，马丁（Vegar Hoel 饰）的女友和伙伴们全部被复活的纳粹僵尸屠杀殆尽。他虽然身受重伤，但是侥幸逃脱，然而却又因涉嫌杀害同伴被警方监控起来。更糟糕的是，自以为是的医生将他被僵尸病毒感染的右臂缝了起来，无法控制的屠杀在所难免。另一方面，复活的纳粹海军指挥官赫尔佐格（Ørjan Gamst 饰）带领部下暗夜前行，正秘密进行他们生前未尽的计划。马丁连杀两人，从医院逃脱，他根据一个小孩的建议打电话从美国请来了三个死宅组成的僵尸小队，试图消灭纳粹僵尸。逃亡途中，他也发现了赫尔佐格接下来的企图。

　　长像出众的妹妹（金世红 饰）和朋友出游住进一家小旅馆，却未曾想到遭遇变态店主潘根（文成根 饰）。这个外表忠厚老实的店主残忍的杀死妹妹的朋友并囚禁妹妹，对她百般折磨凌辱。几天以后，另一位同样长样出众的少女贤婷（秋瓷炫 饰）来到这个小镇寻访自己的妹妹。经过多番打探之后，她怀疑是旅馆店主绑架自己的妹妹，在警察的帮助下，他们对潘根的地下室进行了搜查，可是最终一无所获。正当姐姐贤婷打算离开小镇的时候，旅馆店主潘根意外出现，并诱骗她来到自己的住处。此时妹妹其实早已被旅馆店主杀害，而姐姐陷入了一个和妹妹当初同样危险的境遇……

一个神秘的女人反复出现在一个家庭的前院，总是带来令人不安的警告或信息，让家庭成员不断猜测她的身份、动机以及她可能带来的潜在危险。她的出现总是伴随着一股莫名的紧张气氛，居民们在困惑与惊恐中试图揭开她背后的真相，同时也在考虑如何保护自己免受可能的威胁。随着她每次的到来，谜团愈加深邃，家庭成员不得不面对他们内心的恐惧和疑虑。

　　Based on the popular Imperium Comics series, Trailer Park of Terror. Six troubled high school students and their chaperon, an optimistic youth ministries Pastor, return from an outdoor character building retreat in the mountains. During a raging storm, their bus crashes, hopelessly stranding them in the middle of the Trucker's Triangle, a forgotten locus of consummate evil in the middle of nowhere. The hapless group seeks shelter for the night in a seemingly abandoned trailer park they find down the road. However, when the sun sets, it's not refuge they find. Instead, terror finds them in the form of Norma, a damned redneck reaper with a killer body who dispenses vengeance and death aided by her cursed companions, a bloodthirsty brood of Undead trailer trash. 　　Constantly on the hunt and suffering from hallucinations that drive his violent nature, an unnamed man is capturing women and savagely beating them to death. Meanwhile, a woman is luring men into a violent end, by way of her knife. Driven by the same force to make the opposite sex suffer, the killers’ fates intertwine. The two must face off in a battle to the death, in which they are forced to reveal the horrible truth behind their addiction to murder.
　　“Brutal” takes an interesting approach to its visuals, drawing heavy influence from Western “Grindhouse” films, using a filter to make the footage appear grainy, damaged, and with light and color fluctuations. Unfortunately, the visual styling ends up feeling misguided, as other than applying the filter it does not imitate any other aspects of the “Grindhouse” genre. Despite trying to dirty up the film, it is apparent it was shot on digital. The cinematography is also a step above most “Grindhouse” productions, with Takashi Hirose proving he has talent behind the camera. Exterior shots to those taking place in small spaces are all competently framed, lit, and transition well. The decision to add an effect on top of the work hurts the film’s imagery and even gives a sense of desperation to try to capture a certain type of nostalgia with the audience, instead of relying on its own strengths. It is unfortunate when one creative choice can hurt a production so much.
　　The story of “Brutal” is simple but effective, it does attempt some sort of social commentary about the violent nature of men and women, but it does not offer enough depth into the subject to justify the amount of violence on display. The film does end on a strong note with an interesting twist, with a reveal that is bound to gross some out, while giving others a chuckle. In spite of its simple nature, those who enjoy films that make them somewhat uncomfortable and enjoy the challenge of getting through some ultra-violence, “Brutal” poses a fun and entertaining challenge in that regard.
